Burial Eligibility and Fees

Burial in Magnolia or Everitt cemeteries is reserved for:

1. Those who lived within Magnolia Community (see below) 

                                                OR 

2. Those who lived outside Magnolia Community

                                               AND 

Met one of two requirements: 

- were a member of Magnolia Baptist Church for 10 years 

                                              OR 

- have a spouse, parent, grandparent, or sibling buried in the cemeteries.

- Butch Arthur Road (North)

- San Jacinto River (East)

- Sheldon Road (South)

- Winters Bayou (West)

- Deceased lived INSIDE Magnolia Community................$600

- Deceased lived OUTSIDE Magnolia Community.........$1,000

NOTE

Fees are paid by you to the funeral home arranging the service.

- Deceased lived INSIDE Magnolia Community................$600

- Deceased lived OUTSIDE Magnolia Community.........$1,000

- Remains buried in Occupied Plot......................................$90

NOTE

Fees are paid by you to the funeral home arranging the service.

Burial plots may not be purchased before death.
